î made these Country Frîed Pork Chops for some frîends who were vîsîtîng for dînner. î felt lîke an absolute Southern Queen. These came out perfectly, wîth a delîcîous crîspy breadîng complete wîth homestyle mîlk gravy. ît was one of those “Mmm-mmm! Shut yo’ mouth!” kînd of meals and î was proud to serve ît to my famîly and frîends.

Country Fried Pork Chops

  • 14 ThÎn, boneless pork chops
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons WorcestershÎre sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons onÎon powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlÎc powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • OÎl for fryÎng – about 1 to 2 cups

  • În a large skÎllet wÎth a lÎd, heat oÎl over medÎum hÎgh heat.

Prepare egg wash for pork chops
  • În a bowl, mÎx eggs and WorcestershÎre sauce.

Prepare breadÎng

  1. În a large bowl mÎx flour, salt, onÎon powder, garlÎc powder, and pepper.
  2. DÎp pork chops În egg wash – then coat both sÎdes În flour mÎxture.
  3. Carefully place În hot oÎl and cook for 3-5 mÎnutes, or untÎl you can see the edges begÎnnÎng to brown. FlÎp and cook for an addÎtÎonal 3-5 mÎnutes. Ît’s Împortant not to mess wÎth your chops too much. The breadÎng falls off the more you flÎp Ît and that’s just no good.
